Frequently Asked Questions

Payments (checks and direct deposits) are issued around the last day of each month. If that day falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is typically issued on the preceding business day. Oil revenue is normally paid within 60 days after the sales month; natural gas revenue is normally paid within 60-90 days.

Payment amounts may vary due to commodity prices, adjustments (overpayments/underpayments), market conditions, regulatory or contractual changes, production volumes, seasonal conditions, and operating issues affecting well output.

Payments are released when the owner balance due reaches $100.00. If your monthly amount is below $100.00, balances roll forward until the threshold is met.

Example: January $80 + February $70 = $150 payment issued in February.

Once annually, payment is issued even if the total due is less than $100.00.
